[VIDEO] Snatch Thief Drags Woman Near Dataran Merdeka After Trying To Steal Her Bag
Police are urging the victim to come forward.

A motorcyclist dragged a woman along a pavement after trying to snatch her purse near Dataran Merdeka, Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, 10 October
Twitter user @izskyline tweeted CCTV footage of the incident on Friday, 11 October.
It has since received over 42,300 views.
The victim clung on to the bag and was dragged for several metres by the thief, who allegedly wore a Foodpanda uniform
ntv7 reported that the rider tried to kick the woman so that she would let go of the purse but failed.
He then rode off unsuccessfully. The victim collected her belongings and walked away after the incident.
In a statement on Monday, 14 October, Dang Wangi District Police Chief ACP Mohd Fahmi Visunathan Abdullah urged the victim to come forward
However, there have been no reports received by the victim or eyewitnesses at the time of writing.
SAYS has reached out to Foodpanda for comment but has yet to receive a response.
